How i built it all...lost it all...And came back stronger

the spark

I learned early that “no” didn’t have to be the end of the conversation.

At seven, my grandmother let me run home garage sales on the weekends like my own mini-business. We made signs. Set up tables. And I was in charge.

I learned how to talk to people, read faces, solve problems, and negotiate — while turning plants and old things into cash. I bought my own toys and pretty stationery. No begging. No waiting.

If I earned it — it was a yes. That’s where my mindset was born: money is created, opportunities are everywhere, and confidence comes from taking responsibility early.

It wasn’t hustle — it was freedom. And it planted the first seed of everything that came next.

The Empire

By twenty-three, I was already building success in property, business, and entrepreneurship — creating the kind of freedom most people only talk about.

I built property portfolios. I travelled the world. I launched events, nightclubs, and businesses that took off fast.

For fifteen years, growth felt natural. Money moved. Opportunities opened. I was creating my life on my own terms. From real estate… to entertainment… to creating one of the largest dance-fitness classes in the world — with hundreds of people showing up every single class…

Everything I touched turned to gold. It felt normal. I felt unstoppable.

And then — one decision changed everything.

The Challenge

Then life presented me with the lesson I didn’t know I needed.

In the middle of all that success, I attracted a relationship that mirrored back the parts of me I hadn’t yet faced — the wounds, the patterns, the beliefs quietly shaping my choices.

Not to punish me. But to reveal what couldn’t come with me into my next level.

I fell “in love”. I fell pregnant fast. And suddenly I was trying to hold motherhood, partnership, business, money, identity — all at once.

Slowly, the cracks showed. My energy collapsed. My confidence faded. The businesses slipped away. And the girl who once felt unstoppable… felt completely lost. It wasn’t a downfall. It was exposure.

Life was showing me: Success built on unresolved foundations eventually asks to be rebuilt — properly.

And that moment — as painful as it was — became the doorway to everything I teach now.

The Comeback

When everything cracked open, I didn’t “find” myself. I remembered myself. The part of me that could build, lead, create, decide. The part that always knew how to rise.

What I saw was confronting: I hadn’t been living my life. I wasn’t actually choosing — I was running subconscious programming I didn’t even know existed.

So I rebuilt — not from pressure or hustle, but from truth. I went deeper into what was actually running my choices: the subconscious patterns, the stress responses, the emotions I’d been outrunning.

And everything shifted. Calm returned. Clarity returned. Power returned. Not forceful power — grounded power.

Success stopped feeling like something I had to hold together. It became something I could grow, sustain, and enjoy — without losing my health, my peace, or myself.

That’s when it became clear: I didn’t need a new life. I needed a new way of being in it. And if I could rebuild from truth — anyone could.

No one should have to lose everything to learn that.

Which Brings Me to YOU… and Why I Created Mind fitness academy

When I lost everything, I realised success without a stable nervous system is a ticking time bomb.
So I rebuilt mine — one breath, one belief, one decision at a time.

Now, through Mind Fitness Academy, I teach others to master the system that runs everything: their inner world.

Because once your mind, body, and energy align, everything outside follows.

We keep it simple:

This isn’t theory — it’s lived practice.

It’s the process behind The Foundation Code, The Inner Freedom Code, and 100 Days of Momentum — step-by-step pathways that build emotional awareness, mental strength, and energetic resilience.

Because you don’t need more motivation — you need mastery.

That’s what we build at Mind Fitness Academy: a community of people who’ve stopped surviving and started creating lives, relationships, and businesses their nervous systems can actually hold.
